Business Park Manager

Location: Langthwaite Business Park, South Kirkby, WF9 3AP
Salary: Circa £35,000 p.a. to £37,000 p.a. (depending on directly relevant experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. With a 30 minute unpaid break)

Are you an organised, proactive manager with experience in security operations, facilities management and stakeholder engagement?

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Business Park Manager to join our team at Langthwaite Business Association (LBA). This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in maintaining a safe, well-managed and thriving business park environment.

As Business Park Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of security and operational services, manage contractor performance, build strong relationships with businesses and external partners, and support the successful delivery of the LBA's strategic objectives.

Due to the nature of the role, there may occasionally be a requirement to work outside normal office hours. The successful candidate may also be required to provide emergency out-of-hours support.
